AARP Discount Disappointment

I contacted Life Lock a couple of months ago to inquire about receiving a discount through my AARP membership. I was advised that I would have to cancel mu account with Life Lock and then re-apply and open a new account. This is outrageous. It is case # 89720180

In regard to AARP discounts, we do have to re-enroll you, to ensure you are getting the discount properly through your membership with them. However, please know that your history will still pull over and you may still be able to use the same credentials you already have established. I just got a charge for a renewal for $260/year! When I purchased I was told it would renew in 1/27 for $179. I just found another option for $5/month.

I have used it for 5 or 6 years and yes, I have not lost anything due to identity theft. I did get alerts once on someone trying to open an account in my name. I get useless alerts about my email being found on the dark web. I would really like to see something more pro-active on Home Title Monitoring.

I accidentally said a notice was me. I don't think it was me but when I went to get it to show me what was on my phone I hit the yes. Now I can't see what it was to see if it really was me. How do I see the notice and correct my response if necessary.

The directions I was given to identify which account used the password identified was quick and easy. I then chose LL to do their deep scan. They did that but I had a problem with the download and here's where I need help

I'm not sure if I am really protected there's a lot on Expedia, and on my credit reports and personal information that is incorrect when I am asked to verify who I am, so I'm not very sure if this is protecting my identity I feel as if there's a lot of false information that has nothing to do or is associated with me at all, and seeing that this is mainly to protect my identity, I would actually like more help in verifying Public records with facts because there's false information with me associated which I believe could be a sign of identity theft seeing that I cannot identify myself when being asked what emails or phone numbers I have been associated with knowing which ones I have and have not and I have never had any loans of my knowledge
