I've been a LifeLock member for several years but have only recently been the victim of ID theft. LifeLock has been excellent in catching this and walking me through the steps for contesting attempts to open erroneous accounts. They have literally spent hours of time on the phone with me, acting as my advocate. Every LifeLock representative has been competent, efficient and pleasant. I have been extremely impressed with the quality of service and I do not know what I would have done without LifeLock. It has been a financial life saver.

I have had to contact Life Lock on at least 3 different occasions over the length of my membership, they've always fixed the problem or provided an answer during the first call. They've been very respectful to me and patient; being a Sr. I don't always find businesses that I call being too nice.
They have always assisted me and set my mind at ease buy the end of my call

I believe the services rendered by LifeLock are excellent! I wish I would have signed up many years ago. For example, there was a credit application by someone unknown in another state than my own they caught and an email was sent immediately asking if it was me. I would highly recommend getting LifeLock!
