I have been with Lifelock for some years now and have always enjoyed the almost real-time alerting. There are some transactions that I am involved in that require personal authentication, and usually within a five minute timeframe I receive a verification alert on my phone, email, and then ultimately a phone message a bit later. I have used company that triggered your notice for quite a long time and had to answer questions in the past to verify I was who I said I was. It has been some time since I have had to do this, obviously before securing LifeLock's services. I was surprised when I got a phone call from LifeLock which prompted me to check my email account. It contained an alert which prompted me to get on line and check to see what was going on. Thank you for your work. It's good to know you "have my back" is situations like this.
