I had an issue with my Lifelock account, related to an employee benefit from a company I'd retired from.
I worked with Jeremy in the Employee Benefits- Customer Service Section, to determine the best course of action.
He assisted me over two phone calls and my issue was finally resolved.
I request that Jeremy be recognized through whatever employee recognition program that you have, for the great job he did in helping me.
