I was on the phone with my Credit Union giving them the information for a car loan. I had them on speaker and was reading information to them that they needed to complete the process. Upon completion, the loan officer asked permission to send in their credit request… I said yes. Literally within 10 seconds after him pushing the button I received a text from LifeLock that s credit inquiry had been made on my Social Security number.
