I was notified by text of a threat and immediately went into panic mode - after speaking with a Lifelock rep. and getting instructions for investigating the issue and submitting the information they requested - I feel more calm and confident that with their "shield of protection" there is hope that this will be resolved as soon as possible.

I don't know what you do or how you do it. But times I have called you tech support folks (once I get away from AI) you people always politely and and promptly help me explain my problem then we solved it and I can relax a bit.
