You dismissed an alert that I didn't get a chance to see. The program wouldn't run--telling me that I needed to refresh and try again. It didn't work. When I got on the web site, it seemed to just be an advertisement for additional add-ons, and I couldn't get to the alert from there either.

Lifelock continues to send email AND phone messages AFTER the client responds that they opened the charge card account. GROSSLY TARDY Financial Activity Emails

Please tell me that there is some way to make the alerts more intelligent and I am just not seeing it. At this point I have hundreds of alerts in my backlog, many of them for the exact same transactions month after month- why would I need to be alerted that my mortgage was paid when it is the exact same transaction that has occured the last 4 years and I have indicated multiple times that it is ok? Why do I need alerted for some small one-off transaction on ebay? So many alerts that it is a completely useless service. It boggles my mind that this is considered a reasonable approach.
