Difficulty finding Lifelock since it's imbedded in my Norton. Had to call support and go through their inefficient process to simply find the site. Not intuitive and frustrating for a technology company

I tried to update an error on Norton website, on an Alert that I inadvertently checked as "Yes" I did that. I tried for a couple of hours ON HOLD and finally gave up.
In a second attempt, I was able to get through to an agent using the "Sales" link and asked for assistance in correcting my error and was advised that "Norton" does NOT DO THAT and needed to contact "LIFELOCK" for that!!
OUTRAGEOUS!!!!!!!!!
I went back online to Norton and looked at the 'Archived' alert list and see that it comments that an alert was being disputed but DOES NOT indicate which alert and at the same time, the alert in the Archived list STILL SHOWS as being "OK'd"
Your system is causing me to seriously consider cancelling this service and take my chances with another firm.

In December, 2024, a checking account was opened in my wife's name. We are both members. We did not receive any...none...not one...notification of this action, as you say we should have and you look out for.

I requested a one time passcode to be sent to my email address on file at least 6 times. No passcode was sent. You asked if I would dismiss the alert for an account beig opened. I thought I knew what account it was , but wanted to look to be sure. I never got the passcode...never could get into my account to view. The next thing I knew, you Dismissed the Alert. I never got access.

If your company supposed to be monitoring my account and my husband's then why do many times that I have been with lifelock not gotten any alerts until I finally go into my accounts to see that they are disconnected!!! I've called before your company only to be told that my bank could have rejected it. Why when this happens can your company not send out an email or text telling me this? It's very frustrating that when my accounts are connected again I get sometimes up to 100 alerts marked for the same date that accounts were connected!! Asking if I made these transactions? This is something your company needs to work on or I'm going to cancel. Hopefully you take these comments seriously!
