Got an alert that someone opened an account in my name - unfortunately it was more than a month ago. Culprit would be long gone by now. Fortunately it was me who opened the account for a new car - but really - more than a month to report that?????

My wife and I both have LifeLock accounts. We both have now received 3 notifications for the same new credit card and have needed to respond 6 times to approve it. Also, it has only come after the first bill was issued which was several weeks after the first charge. There was $1200 plus charged before it was flagged. Why so slow?

The new format is not working well. It switches to other pages without me even wanting it to. Quit trying to sell me additional things and take care of the prescription I have. I have always liked to website until now.

I was notified of a new alert. Signed in, but page for new alert "not available". Called cust svc - gave lots of info to automated line and it reviewed alerts. Asked for agent - she had no info, wanted everything again, and asked where she was located, then she couldn't hear me. Very frustrating

Great way to identify all the work on the internet I have to do to get my info away from the wrong people. Unfortunatly LifeLock sees any mention of you in any way at any time as a violation and you get a notice/alert. If you have a social media account Lifelock warns you about every post, every comment THEY deem to be alert worthy. I run an events calendar for knife events, I get dozens and dozens of alerts for normal activity. There is no one to complain to, no customer service. Just endless alerts that waste time. Waste time getting the alert and waste time trying to undo whatever it is, usually hours of wasted time chasing down old alerts, incorrect alerts. A giant timewaster.
