Reaching lifelong by phone

Once I managed to get a real person on the phone. She was wonderful, understood my issue and took care of it. BUT...the work I had to do to reach that point was ridiculous. Your AI system could not or would not assist me because I did not want to use your online services. I do not use my phone to access anything financial and was not at the computer used for that.

I got the following alert which makes no sense because the date shows 11/11/2025 and today is 11/10/2025. The alert follows: An attempt was made to perform a transaction involving providing PII at DocuSign on 11/11/2025 at 4:01 PM Pacific Standard Time.

I appreciate you telling me to freeze my credit bureau accounts, still working on it. I did want yall to check my other phone. I got a call from my credit card fraud company, and it sounded just like my hacker/scammer from my old phone(this phone) which I will have until I can pay it off). So I instantly made a questioning remark and hung up. Today my new phone is eat up with viruses. Won't stay on any screen; has continuous pop ups about viruses, files will be ruined, buy this virus killer, on and on, So I just cut it off. I could not get any help on line, unless I would put in my card number, and you know I can't do that, the hacker is still in this phone and I feel that is what's going on with my new one. My account says my renewal is 8/28/26 and I can put my service on 5 devices. So I can't figure out why they won't help my. If you could get somebody to clean up my new phone and scan it for hackers, I would be so appreciative, I just don't think I can handle another bout with a hacker/scammer managing my phone and my life. Forgive me for going on and on, but I need someone to care just a little and help me. The first time the hacker moved in, no one wanted to listen to me or help, and they didn't, just charged me a lot of money… like I told you he is still in this phone, now probably my new one. Sorry I unloaded on you, you did your job and I thank you for that. But if you could get someone to help me or if you could …maybe I won't have to endure so much this time (I cannot endure it). Thank you for your help and letting me unload on you (and I can't apologize enough for that).
