Waste of time

Received an email message stating "we're confirming that you responded "Yes, this was me" to a recent alert." with a link to "View Account". I clicked the link and then authenticated to the website. Nothing was there - it just said "there are no alerts", or something like that. Pease don't waste my time like this.

Not worth it

I have had LifeLock for many years when I first got it if I had any fraud alerts or any issues simple phone call and I was able to take care of it the last couple days I've been getting emails. I've been getting text messages about fraud alert, and for days, I cannot get a hold of anybody on the phone. Customer service is now nonexistent, I have it my wife has it. My children have it and I'm gonna cancel it on everybody.

Try to open an account with lifelock but was notified i already have an account, so that is weird because I had never had one. Long story short couldn't get in the account and couldn't open one because they said I ain't who I am.

Great until you need help

I have been a Lifelock customer for years. I monitored all the alerts but never had a problem—until I became an identity theft victim. Back in 2020, I responded to an alert indicating that I had not applied for credit and that my credit request was fraudulent. Apparently, Lifelock did nothing with that information, and I recently found out that a fraudulent loan was taken out with that information. I notified LifeLock and was told that the investigation team would contact me within days. I never happened. One month later, I called again only to be told they would not escalate my issue until I hunted down further information myself. I asked to talk to a supervisor, but I hung up after waiting on hold for 20 minutes. LifeLock will provide all the alerts you need. Just never ask them to do anything about it.

Technical support is worthless

I am currently on the phone with Norton's support group. It is over an hour and I am on my third technician. It is a nightmare. They speak little English and understand it less. So far they have been no help. Norton is preventing me from connecting with the internet. They say it is not Nortons problem but my Norton free devices are working just fine. This did not start on my computer until Norton was installed. We are currently taking Norton off and reinstalling. In the meantime we are on hold. I suspect this will be an additional hour.
