The day I opened a new credit card account in April, I received a text message from LifeLock verifying it was I who opened the account. Great! But two months later, at 6:24 AM, while I was asleep, I got a text notification waking me up wanting to know if I had opened the same account two months ago as it apparently just showed up on Equifax. LifeLock should've known since I had already been contacted when I opened the account. I didn't appreciate being woken up that early in the morning to be asked a question to which LL already knew - or should have known - the answer. This is concerning to me…

Got KBA alert at 8:52 AM. Struggled to sign in to Lifelock and Norton. Got into Norton about 10:30 using second code. No way to transfer to Lifelock. Never got into Lifelock to see alert despite repeated attempts to do so. Finally did web search to find out what KBA means. Guessing Accountant's office did one to verify me. I can not find the Authenticator App to use. Would like to be able to check what is happening much more easily!
