When I call in regarding an alert, I would be much more comfortable speaking with someone with an American accent. A few years ago, I was scammed out of tens of thousands of dollars. I was completely buffaloed, and the scammer was Middle-Eastern. The accent now triggers me. It is very difficult and scary for me to have this particular accent ask me for personal ID information. Additionally, the accent is a little difficult to understand. I hope I don't have to add that I am NOT racist, rather, I was a serious victim.
