I thought I was a member of and got service from Norton. I get notices from Norton and from Lifelock. I wish you people could figure out who you are. Your dual business identity is annoying and frustrating.

I have been trying to talk to someone about Robinhood causing my identity to become compromised since 12/28/2024. It is 1/2/2025. Despite calling, chatting emailing, texting, several times, each day since. I have not been able to speak to a human at Life Lock.
Strongly suggest using something else for your identify protection.

Representative was onlt concerned about getting me signed up. I repeated personal information several times, connected me to a supervisor who asked the same questions, then said they couldn't verify my info. Already dealing with scammers and hackers this was very frustrating.
I revealed my personal information to the phone scammers through Lifeliock who couldn't help me.
