EXTREMELY hard to renew! No discount. Non English speaking reps. They keep you on hold. Too much noise in the background. Extremely Disappointing!

Someone got my ATM card information and charged over $800 on DoorDash and over $50 on PayPal. I don't even have a PayPal account. My bank did a fraud report and returned my money. I had to cancel my credit cards and purchase a iOS phone. What happened?

As a senior I have been STRUGGLING FOR OVER A YEAR TO GET ANSWERS TO MY QUESTIONS.One tel number on google hung up on me just about two minutes after requesting some answers. Another appeared to be a scammer. I can't afford to get no or self serving help. I was just charged $170.99 a couple of weeks ago with a huge increase, yet I still have no way to gets into my vault and ask about why my new charge is so high while I get no upgrade. So I was advised to cancel my membership before the 60 days have passed. Since was unable to do it online, I canceled my renewal through my bank. I will need my payment back. TY
