The fact I pay for this service and have been on hold for almost 2 hours is absolutely horrible with an automated system that runs you in circles.

Horrendous experience

I received an email that my identity may be compromised due to irregular activity. I accidentally clicked "Yes I recognize this" instead of "No, Review Details" and it updated the status of this notification to "dismissed". There is no way on my end to change this status and find out next steps to deal with this irregular activity. Not to mention no way to contact a human at this hour. Also, I initially thought the email was phishing because the listed activity was under tomorrow's date, and Norton's copyright in the signature is from 2023. So tbh I'm still not sure if I'm being scammed. Would appreciate if a representative reached out to me for help. And lastly, their functionality to email a 1 time code to get into my account is broken...

I'm not happy with this alert that keeps coming back every couple days. I opened back up my JCPenney credit card and have gone out and indicated that yes this was me on your website. It goes away and every couple days I'll get the phone call and the email saying hey is this you or is this a fictitious account opening. Why doesn't this go away? This is very frustrating.

I have had no luck trying to sign in to view what is going on here. I try to Sign in with Apple but it says I don't have an account. Terribly confusing.

I called to cancel and I could not understand the person at all and the background noise was terrible. When I told her that she hung up on me. Then I found another number to call and the automated voice said they were connecting me to an agent. All I got over a 30 minute period was an intermittent recording that they were experiencing high call volume
