I spent over two hours going in circles after receiving a LifeLock Alert. This was all well and fine, as it was something that I could acknowledge. The trouble was that I had received many fraudulent Medicare calls, including one this day, and wanted to add my Medicare info, especially after reporting previous fraud and requesting a new number. I knew that I could update that info, but one would think you could do this through LifeLock, but NO, you cannot! I tried every link on that website and then went to HELP, and looked up ID Theft, Dark Web monitoring, etc. The help found my queries and provided steps that did not match anything in LifeLock. There were also links on the steps for Dark Web monitoring, etc. but redirected me to a support site that was a black hole that did not have the steps or tabs as describe in the previous LifLock web instructions. After 2 1/2 hours of frustration, I finally had to call support, only to find out tha I had to logout of LifeLock and log into the "mynorton" website to get. You would think that lest your instructions would includ that minor detail! to follow the instructions in LifeLock! Please fix this or your support line will get many more calls from other frustrated customers. Read More Read Less

The beginning process left me with many questions. It seems, the company requires more individual thinking and figuring out than I thought would be good for new members. You are doing a lousy job. I created a password and you don't have it and you won't let me in. You sent me a one time password and I never got the email. You also spelled my first name wrong and I don't like that either. You gave me information from 30 years ago and the identity theft took place in December of 2024. What am I paying for? I am having my Information accessed, somehow, by neighbors. My birthdate & age, my social security statement (was in neighbor's mailbox previously) & I'm the victim of medical ID theft, as well! I know that a group of neighbors are involved, yet I don't know them personally or socially! I've heard different people state that they want to take my home!
