Lifelock has helped me too many times to count. From someone applying for payday loans, to opening banking accounts in my name. In 2021 I was due to settle on my new home and 1 day prior I got a call from lifelock that someone applied for a loan in my name. Lifelock provided documentation showing that it was not me and I was allowed to close the next day. Had I not been a lifelock customer I would not have gone to closing and someone would have taken money in my name. These scammers have been targeting me too many times to count over the last few years and lifelock has prevented it from happening. Thank you soo much

I had an identity theft around 18 months ago. LifeLock picked up the fact that someone was trying to open a checking account in my name 1500 miles away. The CSR I spoke with was very helpful, acted immediately, got the bank on the phone and in a few days the issue was resolved. Had it not been for LL, who knows how far my credit and name would have been damaged. She also told me to immediately freeze my credit, explained to me how to do it and to leave it frozen unless I was going to make a big purchase. It is definitely worth every cent for the protection they provide.
