Thus far you are failing! We just had my debit card being used by someone else, and you guys never caught it or even called about it!!! Wells Fargo had to catch it and they dealt with it.

On the phone survey you asked me to rate the person who helped me but did not provide a scale. I find you to be a little difficult to understand. You sometimes send multiple alerts and I am unsure if it is a new alert or a duplicate.
At the end of the phone survey you can select 2 to review answers but, it doesn't allow you to actually review anything.
I'm not at all impressed with communications from Lifelock.

Erroneously reports transactions as duplicates, can't connec

It's showing 3 alerts for the same transaction. I checked my financial institution and they only have that transaction once. I replied "yes, that's me" on the first instance, but there's no way I can clear their duplicate alerts.
Lifelock won't connect to one of my accounts even though I gave it the correct logon credentials multiple times.
The duplicate alerts are annoying!
Total waste of money.

I can not see any benefit of this service. The credit reports were 60 points lower than Experian. When I added credit cards to 'monitor' I got a stupid alert every time I made any type of purchase. So annoying. I deleted every account that I had entered and probably will never log in again.

I had fraudelent transactions by someone using my debit card #. My Banck noticed, and put an immediate block on my card. Life Lock did not do ANYTHING. My Bank refunded all my charges. Till this day, Life Lock did not even know I had been a victim. Useless.

System constantly going down. I have to spend too much time on phone with lifelock to get back up again. As of today my protected accounts are down again and I don't know when will work again. This has been going on since I joined Lifelock.

My Federal Income Tax refund is held up for many, many months, and I called LifeLock twice, but both women would NOT place a red flag on my soc sec number at your company, though your company did place a red flag on my husband's soc sec number. We file jointly, and my soc sec number HAS BEEN COMPROMISED as well as my husbands. LifeLock has NOT HELPED me NOR my family! OUR son had his soc sec number taken and a credit card opened up in his name, and the criminal spent almost $2,000. before we found out about it, but LIFELOCK had NO red flag and never even knew that his Identity was stolen. AND, LifeLock has never stopped my own soc sec number, nor my husbands from being stolen, and our IDENTITY stolen. As far as I can see, LifeLock does NOTHING for us, nor ever has, and your ads that says you stop crime BEFORE it happens is BALONEY, at least for my family it has been baloney! Star rating??? a FAT '0'! NO STAR WHATSOEVER!

Did not catch fraudulent Credit Card charges

In April 2015 someone charged $700 to my credit card saying I made the charges through Facebook. This is a well known scam and it has been happening to hundreds of people since as early as 2009. It is the epitome of white collar crime.
I have had smaller fraudulent charges for over the past 8 months from someone in China, another in Switzerland, and one in California. I have had to cancel about 6 credit cards from Chase. I finally changed banks altogether and went with a credit union. But they found me again, this time making the Facebook charges. (not really facebook, of course)
I have gone to my local police department and made a case. I am working with the Utah Attorney General's White collar crime division now.
So..... what's the deal with Lifelock? Never a word from them that this was going on. This is the most common form of identity theft. Why doesn't Lifelock catch it?
