YOU HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO MONITOR MY SAVINGS AND CHECKING ACCOUINT FOR OVER TWO MONTHS, REPEAT, OVEWR TWO MONTHS. YOU CAN'T EVEN TELL ME WHEN THOS CONDITION WILL BE FIXED. I joined Lifelock after two fraudulent PayDay loans were taken out using my information. I was able to take care of them through the fraud departments at the companies with no assistance from Lifelock-I understood at the time that there would have been an additional charge as well. There is now another company with a claim against me. Lifelock has both failed to identity and stop the claim and has offered no help in resolving it. The only reason that I have maintained my membership is that I was reminded, during the same call wherein I was told that Lifelock cannot possibly prevent all fraudulent claims, that Lifelock will be responsible for monetary losses, if they occur up to one million dollars, if I understood correctly. It adds insult to injury that I received an email today from Lifelock titled "good news" saying that Lifelock has protected me and that there has been no fraudulent activity.

I have had 2 problems. I have been told that a more knowledgeable person would get in touch with me. That has NOT happened.
And I paid for the expensive LifeLock.
What gives?
I am so disappointed and will probably think long and hard about renewing.

It has been months since I've had an alert even though there were many events that should have generated an alert.. I called to complain and there was a problem accessing my bank accounts. I get that, but why wasn't I notified of this. I was assured everything was working properly. That was months ago and still no alerts even though there have been many events that should have generated one. I am supposed to be getting text and email alerts. Nothing. I feel as though I have wasted my money. I find it ironic that the only alert I have received from them has been to renew my coverage.
