Very disappointing... I had fraudulent credit card activity... someone in Florida was able to obtain a credit card in my name (I did not lose my credit card nor any other identification) and use it at various stores 800 miles from where I live. I only caught it because my balance seemed higher than I thought it should have been. Lifelock detected nothing.

The only time I hear from life lock is when I get an email saying they've kept my Identity safe once a month. I couldn't get the text alerts set up and the help desk was not helpful.
Also my credit rating dropped 60 points when I subscribed. I know life lock doesn't make the rating but I have to wonder about how accurate they are when reporting. Again, the help desk wasn't able to tell me why that occurred. If you can't get it right, just leave it out.
I'll be a former life lock member before the weeks over.

I purchased a LifeLock membership 9 months ago. To date, the information LifeLock has provided to me has been general based on my geography and of little use. Six weeks ago I had my identity stolen, which I detected within 30 minutes of an unauthorized purchase. Four days later, my identity was illegally used to open a new account in my name. Four weeks later, my identity was illegally used to gain access to a different account in my name. LifeLock continues to send me useless emails regarding my credit score and local child abuse felons. I'm still waiting for them to notice that my identity and financial security has been jeopardized. USELESS EXCUSE FOR A "SERVICE"! One star rating because I was unable to submit with zero stars.
