I have Norton 360 installed on my primary devices at home. It appears to be working well. I have not had any identity theft incidents so that also appears to be working well.

I have tried for months to add a family member to the family plan we purchased. They keep saying they will fix it and never do. I have Spent hours on the phone several times with them but i can't ever get a straight answer from them as to why my husband can't be added to the family plan! We GIVE UP! What a complete waste of money and time. So expensive and can't even use it except for one person.

I just talked with probably the most rude customer service I have ever had to deal with. I am having major issues and he didn't care, he was rude, cut me off, and he really didn't care. Absolutely the worst experience ever as I will probably be looking at other providers.
