Lifelock has gone downhill since its purchase. Its services have always been overpriced, but now, it is a poor value. Plus, its greatest strength, customer support, has gone overseas. So communication is now difficult if not impossible.

In the last 3 years I have 2 loans and it took Lifelock a year to notify me of the someone checking my credit yes that was 12 months later. On the second load it took them 4 months and I know that this company check on my credit 4 months before Lifelock ask if it was me. Think about all the damage someone could have done if I wasn't always checking my stuff. And why do they bill your credit card a good 6 weeks before the subscriptions expires. I see a lot of ads about what they do but so far I haven't seen the same for me.

I have had Lifelock for years and was always thought they were great until I had my first problem. I had my identity compromised. Unfortunately, when I contacted Lifelock for assistance, I was told, sorry we will have to review and let you know whether or not we can help you and then they never got back to me. I ended up working myself to solve the issue, I will be dropping Lifelock once my membership expires in the fall.

Norton made LifeLock useless

Ever since Norton bought LifeLock, I ceased getting notifications. All my accounts wound up "disconnected" from LifeLock. All my attempts at reconnecting my accounts within LifeLock ended in error messages when I did nothing at all wrong.
I've complained about this twice to no avail. Thanks for the survey. It reminds me to cancel LifeLock.
