Recently my email was hacked. A source in Dallas Texas oped 5 new email accounts using my email. They then proceeded to request funds be sent to them from my investment accounts. I didn't receive one alert from you about this.

Since Norton has taken over this company their service is no longer world class. Trying to get help, impossible, trying to get your account switched around, FRUSTRATING & in six months reverts back to where you started. Now I find out you are involved with China. Looking for another service.

This has to be the most frustrating thing I've gone through. When I log in, this stupid, pick out the pictures that pretain to, let's say a Bike. Now, I don't get all of them right and it makes you do it again! I will be canceling soon. Ever since Norton has picked up LifeLock it has been a huge disappointment for me.

My husband and I joined Lifelock many years ago when it was affordable. Unfortunately, that is no longer the case. I cannot even get into my account at all. I have changed my password, done the "I am not a robot" thing, and still cannot access my account. There is no use in having this if I cannot check my credit score or answer any other inquiries. I am definitely "locked" out.

TOTALLY NON-RESPONSIVE...MY ACCT WAS HACKED A COUPLE OF YEARS AGO, LIFELOCK CANX IT AND WAS SUPPOSED TO REINSTATE IT...THEY WERE SURE THERE WITH OPEN HANDS TO COLLECT THEIR ACCOUNT FEES...BUT NEVER REINSTATED THE ACCT. I SENT EMAILS, A LETTER, MANY REQUESTS ON LINE AND NOTHING! I STILL GET ALL KINDS OF EMAILS FROM THEM BUT THEY CAN'T BE ADDRESSED, SAYS MY ACCT IS NON-EXISTANT! IF YOU DO GET THRU BY PHONE, THE REPRESENTATIVE CAN'T UNDERSTAND THE ISSUES LET ALONE SOLVE ANY PROBLEMS.
