Since I updated my account to Plus, lifelock has not taking care of my protected accounts, they can not stay connected to my bank accounts

I takes LifeLock three to four days before notifying me of an account activity. (My Credit Union notifies me the same day of the activity) For some reason, LifeLock is unable to maintain a connection with my Credit Union and I'm having to "reconnect" often. This is unacceptable. I will not be renewing my account or recommending LifeLock to anyone unless this trend improves.

Lifelock will not connect with USAA or Frost Bank even though I exit from Lifelock and am able to connect easily with both companies on line.

My insurance online account (USAA) was recently breached and the perp changed my password, pin, and email address. Luckily, I got a notice from USAA advising me these had been changed and called. Once he had hijacked my acocunt, the perp applied for a credit card, which I assume was going to my "new" address. The application was processed and approved - nothing from Lifelock. This happened late on a Monday night. On FRIDAY Lifelock sent a notice asking for confirmation. If this had been my only safety net, it would have been pretty bad. I'm disappointed that the first time a really NEEDED Lifelock, they weren't there. I'm ready for my refund

We believed when we enrolled with LifeLock, we were going to be able to protect all of our accounts. Well so far we have been able to protect all of our accounts except our Capital One 360 account. It's an very active account and needs to be protected. This review is a plea for help.

While I feel protected, I can't not write a review and not call out the unintelligent way in which I am alerted constantly about financial activity. For example, when my payroll check is automatically deposited into my account I receive an alert. If I buy something I receive an alert, far too many emails are being sent that are only forcing me to tune out the message, which is unfortunate because I was hoping for something that would have better processes built into the system for when it launches alerts.

Life lock Ultimate Plus has all the wrong numbers for my bank accounts. I called and was told the problem was being worked on and if I just reentered my logon and password, I would see the correct totals - NOT.

Gives Me Piece of Mind, But Some Problems

Lifelock has given my wife and I piece of mind by having it monitor our financial accounts. However, we continually have issues with it connecting to our bank. We will configure Lifelock to connect to the bank. It will work initially and maybe for a day or so, but every 2-3 days we get a message that Lifelock can no longer successfully connect to the bank account.

Today (04/23/2015) I received a "Monthly Security Update" for the first time in at least 9 months. In over a year, I have received direct Lifelock communications on various issues perhaps 6 to 8 times. My wife, also a "Plus" member, has had slightly more communication, but at irregular intervals. A typical bothersome occurrence was my receipt of an important alert that was directed to my wife, but sent to my e-mail address. She was never directly informed of the issue. Over the years,I have addressed these problems many times with Lifelock, always being told that systems were being improved and that the representatives were in agreement that there was a problem. My last two encounters occurred several months ago with Supervisors/Escalation Representatives who assured me they would review the entire process we were being subjected to and would get back to me. One of these representatives even suggested a specific time frame for his response. I have heard nothing from these gentlemen, or from anyone else, regarding our unsolved issues for many months. As a long-time executive at an effective major corporation, I am at a loss to explain the seeming ineptitude of an organization like Lifelock. I would have thought that you had systems and procedures in place to provide adequate feedback on legitimate customer issues. Dennis Poller

Why did I have to call YOU about identify theft occurrence?

I was recently a victim of identity theft with Lifelock ultimate fully in place (and billed monthly). My taxes were filed "for me" by a thief who pocketed a large refund both federal and state. When I called Lifelock, I was told "we don't cover tax fraud". Really?! You guys advertise like mad around tax time, motivating people that tax fraud is on the rise and they should be protected. That being said, I have not been contacted by any lifelike representative since I reported my problems.
