I find Life Lock confusing as to what they protect and how. Your web site is confusing. For example why is there two places for bank accounts. I do not know if all my bank accounts are protected. why can I not input all my cards for protection? What is considered ID theft? What are examples of things that Life Lock does not cover?

On January 1, 2016 we were notified via email by Bank of America Activity Alert to unusual credit card activity on that day. There were 6 charges/attempts made that were unauthorized. We were never notified by our LifeLock Ultimate Plus service. This was very disappointing!

We have had a breach on our credit card since using Lifelock. Maybe it's not supposed to catch that...? Also we bank at a small bank do Lifelock doesn't cover that either... Not sure this is right for us

My husband and I were notified by Discover Card that someone had opened an account in his name. Where were you?? You did not catch this! Then My husband and I were eating out and could not use our Bank debit card because someone had used it and the bank was suspicious and shut are card off. Where were you???? I have entered all information into lifelock for Jason & I and call to make sure all info entered was correct and you approved it. I purchased lifelike 2 months ago, the Ultimate Plus! Where have you been???

I received a very timely email from LifeLock clamoring as to how they have 'protected my identity' - etc. for the past 30 days. I will preface by saying that I am not one of those that obsessively monitors my credit score, etc. My bills come in, I review them to make sure they are accurate, and make calls when needed surrounding fraudulent activity - which is rarely, thankfully. Anyhow, I received multiple calls over the past few days from my ank alerting me to frauduent activities against one of my accounts. Hmm, did not receive anything from LifeLock. I also recently checked my credit score when I received a notification surrounding a potntial security risk in my neighborhod, only to find that the score was nearly 100 points off of what the major reporting agencies showed when I checked them directly. To be quite blunt, my family spends almost $100 per month to LifeLock for services that apparently do not work and provide little protection or value. Time to look elsewhere, as I have used them for years to this point and wonder what else may have been missed.

Not sure it's worth it.

We bank at a small bank and therefore Lifelock does not monitor, so we do not feel secure. Should have asked for a list of the Banks covered. Not sure that we will renew.

My bank gives me the alerts for free. I went on vacation and used my credit card and got no alerts from Lifelock but did from my bank.

Have not received any email communications from Lifelock in two years beyond the considerable junk file advertisements to join Lifelock. The few times I called to speak directly with a Lifelock agent, I was frustrated with the rudeness and lack of knowledge of the agent. I am unsure what services you are providing for me and my wife and will probably not renew or recommend your services to my friends.

I completed a loan application at a local Harley Davidson dealer. I never received an alert for about 36 hours later. I called them to ask why an alert was never sent. I felt like I got a run around answer. I did not feel protected.

Lack of clear instruction led to an account set up error for my wife's portion of our account - which ordinarily wouldn't be a big deal except after 12 days and 3 calls of Customer Service reading the same "solution script" to me and not listening that I've already tried it already I'm through. It's only a good product if you can access it and I cant.
