Been a loyal member since 2015. I had my identity stolen and im still having trouble with these issues showing up in my credit report. I was never reimbursed for the money I lost. Now I can't register my bank accounts for monitoring?

Almost impossible to login, over the past year it normally takes me 3 times to login. I am still receiving past Alerts for several months after they have been addressed. Some Alerts were from past year transactions. My question, if these types of issues are happening how can they be monitoring by accounts?

Horrible..accounts get disconnected very frequently and it's very hard to get connected. They say they will call you back and never do. Horrible customer service. Period
