received notice from my credit union that their records showed that I "bought gas in India yesterday"!!! Debit cards (my son's & mine) needed to be changed. I thought that I was protected, but in all fairness, maybe those accounts were not. Overall, I've had no problems with LifeLock.

I asked if I could enter my store credit cards into the LifeLock website. I was disappointed to learn that only major bank cards can be entered and that the solution is a manual form that I maintain. For the cost of the service, I am really disappointed.

I have received so many emails that seam to be meaningless. It took 3 or 4 to get my password set up. I entered my bank/credit Union today and was told it was not there. So far it has been very confusing, I hope it gets better.

The customer service representatives have been very helpful and friendly, however, the only problem I am having is completing my information on the website and I am not able to complete the information which needs to be added...it takes very long to get to the section you need...I end up logging out...
