You dont provide a monthly credit report but yet you advertise and have a selection to see a monthly credit report. I still have a score report from Dec of last year!
As far as services. Ive been a Ethical hacker for the better part of 13 years now.
Im a malware reverse engineer, a social engineer, and a social profiler. I know how to find out how information is stolen and used against personal and companies.
Working in this industry ive seen several victims of identity and I can testify its a real threat! Personally I do this for a living, and could do it myself, but like paying someone to do it for me, as this is my day job. I dont want to come home to it.
Having said that I trust LifeLock and can testify it does work. Ive tested activities such as personal information showing up on blacklists, and purchases, and this service provides as advertised.
Last remark. Get that monthly credit report! I want to see hard pulls on my credit every month. This is a good indicator someone is about to use your identity to use your personal information against you. I want to see it here.

"I have called LifeLock at least twice since joining as I discovered through you that I am reported as having a debit card with a balance! I have NONE, ZERO = NO debit card(s). I was not able to enlist the help of anyone from LifeLock. This FALSE info is keeping my score way lower than it should be! I paid for ultimate plus (for myself & my daughter) expecting the service I heard about in ads on various am radio shows I listen to. So far I have yet to receive it. I would very much appreciate it if you would please help me with this! I also notified you at least twice that neither myself nor my daughter ever received our welcome kits. After waiting months, we STILL HAVE NO WELCOME KITS & we would like them please!"

Initially experienced some problems with breaking on-line connections with financial institutions. This appears to be mostly resolved after 2 months. All transactions over my established dollar limit are identified and sent to me for authentication. Since no actual problems have been identified, I am unable to assess all important aspects of this service.

your slow getting out monthly credit scores slow to react on a credit check. for the price i expect it to happen like yesterday not 24 hr after the fact. with today,s tec analogy there should be no excuse.however i will re up my subscription .

My primary reason for signing up for the Ultimate Plus Plan was to keep an eye on my mortgages. However, I keep following your instructions and procedures that I believe will work but LifeLock has not been able to monitor my two mortgages. Your system keeps telling me that my logon / passwords are incorrect. However, my logon / passwords are accurate. I can sign into my mortgage accounts without any problems. When I logon to my mortgage account first then logon to LifeLock I receive a message from LifeLock, that my credentials are incorrect! I've also tried to add my accounts being logged onto LifeLock first then logging onto my mortgage accounts. I keep receiving the same message. However, since I can logon to my accounts directly, obviously, my credentials are accurate!

I'm paying a fee for protection of my personal data, and over the past 3 months have had to change credit cards due to breach. I've never been notified once by LifeLock, but did receive the info from my credit card company. The only thing I get on a regular bias is a bill and sex offender info. That does nothing for my peace of mind.
