While we so appreciate signing up to protect us from the growing identity theft problem, I keep getting notice emails from your service that you have been locked out of either our bank account or our credit cards. I tried unsuccessfully a couple of week ago to follow the steps to correct but had to call your customer service to actually get this done. Is there some way we can prevent this? It is a hassle! Are your other customers having the same problem?

The service provides peace of mind for our family. That would be worth 5 stars if it were not for the accounting department's stone-walling to keep all of the money we've paid to this company for both LifeLock Ultimate and LifeLock Ultimate Plus. We will most likely not renew.

I haven't been getting notifications on my banking since 8/23 and now I went online to investigate and saw that my banks were " offline" and I had to reenter my login and password AND my credit score has dipped 18 points and I wasn't notified of that either. Kinda wondering why I am paying for this and thinking of canceling it

Have been satisfied with Ultimate program but was given the opportunity to move up to Ultimate Plus. Accepted with one day left on former Ultimate program, which then renewed automatically. Now, I've paid for both simultaneous coverage. Not a real fan of paying double!

I traded in my jeep at a dealership that against my wishes ( I asked for financing through my bank) submitted requests to multiple banks for financing. NOT a PEEP from lifelock that financing applications in my name where being processed. I have the letters of acceptance/denials from multiple banks referencing credit reporting agencies. I contacted the dealership when these letters started flowing in and complained to the manager,..I would have expected to hear it from lifelock first.

Appreciate the coverage offered but Lifelock needs to cover and protect alot more for the full service plan. I have alot of insurance policies that I would like to be monitored. After all my info is out there within these plans also.

I joined LifeLock because I am one of the millions of people that have had my records compromised in the US Office of Personnel Management hack. My Navy and DOD Civilian administrative records have been captured by hackers. I paid for monitoring of financial accounts. I set up 5 accounts within LifeLock. Within 24 hours, I started receiving "CAN NOT CONNECT" errors. I would have to log back into the respective account to provide LifeLock access. After researching this problem with two separate financial institutions and LifeLock here is the bottom line: The LifeLock system can not get through the security procedures to log into my financial accounts in order to monitor them (no way for LifeLock to get past a security questions). The security systems of both my credit unions view LifeLock access to my accounts as "ILLEGAL ACTIVITY" and blocks their monitoring process. My sole recourse was to remove all 5 accounts from account monitoring within the LifeLock system.

The only complaint I have with the Lifelock service is their refusal to notify me a month in advance that they are going to renew my membership. For the past two years, they'be informed me either the day before or the day after the renewal took place. I complained the first year but it did not seem to have an effect on their actions the following year. I'll see what happens with the upcoming renewal.
