It might be me, but I have a hard time logging on to my Lifelock account. Every time I think I have my login and password straightened out, I have a hard time getting back in later. The entities - Norton LifeLock, Norton, and LifeLock - seem to be combined, but separate. I'm never comfortable with the coverage, because I don't know for sure what all is included in it. You might say for me to login to the LifeLock website and look at my account to get the coverage information. But I get so frustrated trying to login that I give up and just assume since we pay so much for the coverage that we are covered for about everything. In short, I am frustrated with attempting to ascertain reliable, uniform information from Norton LifeLock, or Norton, or LifeLock.

I received a call saying I had alerts on my account. I called, and immediately had to give ss#, date of birth, and verbal word code to talk to somebody. This has changed from the past where I only had to give my word code to a tech to talk to someone. Also I no longer get alerts on sex offenders moving in around us. The alerts I received on your auto service dated back to April of 2017. I do not believe you do as good a job anymore, and you do not have the respect for your customers enough to inform them of when you change your options that you offered from the beginning. I am upset that I pay you a lot of money each year, and have for years, and no longer feel that safe with you anymore. Right now, I pay for coverage for me and 4 of my children. Tired of being blown off by your very polite techs about legitimate concerns. With the last tech I just spoke to, he filed a complaint for me. I would like to hear from someone about this. Or will I be ignored, told I misunderstood your policy from the start, or I was misinformed from the start. I deserve better than that from you. Constance Watson

I have not had any credit issues since using LifeLock services. Before I got LifeLock I had two credit cards stolen and used, I was lucky I was able to retrieve my money back without issue. These two thefts however made me decide when my company choose to add LifeLock on our benefits plan, that I needed some extra eyes and support.

It is interesting that you claimed to have prevented fraudulent activity with my information seeing that someone has been using my credit card information to cask FRADULENT checks. Nice

My SSN has been used fraudulently for taxes 2 years in a row. My taxes are still held up. There was a credit report run yesterday with no notification from Lifelock. I am really not sure what I am paying for. Equifax seems to have a better protection plan.

I like your service but would like it more if you guys were more patient when I call by phone. It seems like the few times I have called, I always feel like right from the beginning of the call I am being rushed off the phone. Why am I not important right from the beginning of the call. I have not called in a long time because calling you guys is not a pleasant experience. What can I do to make this better. I honestly feel your service is necessary for me to help me protect my identity and assets.
