Once you get this set up, great security and protection. Most of the people you get a hold of are incapable of understanding your problems, and therefore unable to problem solve.

LifeLock has done absolutely nothing for me as of yet. Been a member for just over a year. Fortunately I have not had reason to use their services, but it does give me some peace & security knowing that they are there.

I expected to have better notification when something in my credit activity changed. For instance, I went car shopping and had my info pulled by two different dealers. My bank immediately notified me to make sure I knew about the credit activity. LifeLock took over a week to send me a notification of the activity. My bank also provides complete credit activity on my profile page so checking it is very easy. Now if I had a problem with fraud it might be better using LifeLock. Hopefully, I never have to find out.

Am happy with LifeLock but the additional charge and then performance of Norton 360 has taken a star off. With the amount of money I pay for two LifeLock accounts I think Norton 360 should have been included. Since you have chosen to make it a paid addon it should have been flawless. It is far from that. I currently have Norton 360 disabled since it crashes my computer occasionally. Trying to figure out the conflict has been frustrating and I eventually just gave up.
