This product has been necessary in this time of discontrol and lack of trust in information quality and integrity. I especially valued this prior to relocation and purchase of my home 4 years ago. I have several reservations about the need for your product going forward. My wife and I each have an account for you and they seem to be a complete overlap in scope to me; I really think this is unnecessary. If my wife's information is protected, then my information is 99% protected. I believe this product is overpriced. I think we should lock down our credit and then our risk should be much smaller going forward. I really don't have much to say good or bad about Lifelock, except that I bought this protection before Norton was connected. I don't like Norton, and I would rather they were not associated with my records at all. I haven't had any serious information or credit issues, so that's good, But is that because of me or Lifelock?

The service is OK , but very expensive , and I rarely get anyone who speaks good English, very hard to understand… I don't understand the Norton part of plan…Also why does only one of the 3 credit companies update ? Very frustrating.

My husband uses a different monitoring system, but because we share the same home phone he has it listed also. We have gotten dozens of alerts from his company that our home phone has been found on the dark web. Nothing from Lifelock. I don't understand the discrepancy and it makes me wonder about Life Locks effectiveness. I keep lifelock because of the credit scores and the ability to lock them.......but without that I would probably switch

SO far Ive been happy with service, but its inconsistent when I open a credit card it wont always alert me that a card has been opened. Thus far Ive had no scams. But I call my bank & credit cards once a week to stay on top of things.
The price has really increased through the years. I may not be able to afford it. A discount for seniors or Veterans would be nice.

When describing that PayPal claims I have an account life lock did nothing.

I expected to have better notification when something in my credit activity changed. For instance, I went car shopping and had my info pulled by two different dealers. My bank immediately notified me to make sure I knew about the credit activity. LifeLock took over a week to send me a notification of the activity. My bank also provides complete credit activity on my profile page so checking it is very easy. Now if I had a problem with fraud it might be better using LifeLock. Hopefully, I never have to find out.

LifeLock has done absolutely nothing for me as of yet. Been a member for just over a year. Fortunately I have not had reason to use their services, but it does give me some peace & security knowing that they are there.
