Terrible live support. Repeated reports of disconnected monitored accounts. Website changes appearance without warning or explanation. Difficulty navigating website for such as 'Dashboard' or 'reconnect monitored accounts'. Customer support never reaches out for follow-up callbacks whenever I request such.
