LifeLock does provide peace of mind for me when it comes to online scams & other threats. Years ago, I toured an apartment complex in anticipation of moving & deciding it was the right new home for me, completed an application - LifeLock sent me a text & an e-mail notifying me that a lease application had been completed in my name & asking "was that you?" before I was even out of the complex parking lot! Same thing happened last year when I bought a car - was still sitting at the salesman's desk when I received notifications that auto financing application had been submitted in my name & again asking "was that you?".
