I have had no problems with Lifelock, just with email. My name does not appear on email but the word Lifelock. I called Lifelock to correct the problem and nothing has been done to correct it. I continue to value the service. I just want the email corrected.

I've had my credit card used without my consent a couple of times. Since then I have reviewed my card credentials and now I'm more satisfied with the card itself. Don't you check to see if I've had someone use my card out of state or order something from a business I do not normally order from? It's taken my time and phone calls to correct the ones that did compromise my card. It would behoove you to send an alert to my email about something that didn't look right. Hope this helps others who have similar problems.

You would think that a company who is "guarding" such personal details could create a pathway to switch from monthly to annual enrollment. If the insurance companies can do it, LifeLock should have a programmer with the qualifications to do it!

I usually don't have any issues with the website. The information needs to be updated more regularly. Customer service is terrible. Back when the Norton VPN was offered for free to current members my wife and I tried to get it added to our accounts. years later we still don't have it. We are very close to dropping our accounts.

Lifelock has become a necessity. With identity used several times, I just can't be without it at this point. BUT it use to be easier to contact Lifelock - now I have NO idea how to email. All you can do is call and wait to be connected. Also, there might be cheaper/better plans but to know about it takes a lot of time to check out. It is LifeLock by Norton - but if you want to protect yourself with Norton, you must pay extra... seems that it should be built in for the price you pay to protect your identity.

Banks don't cooperate

Our banks don't cooperate and as a result monitoring accounts is impossible. We did get alerts at one time, but no more. Not real happy with Norton either. We keep getting e-mails pertaining to old accounts that we no longer have. They are a bit alarming with warnings about expired coverage.
