life lock gets 4 stars because my credit union is on your protected list, however it does not connect to my credit union website. please fix this as i know it is not just mine but other banks as well. i cant even put a few of my credit cards as protected accounts also. Old navy, belk just to name a few. add the URLS and banking sites please so i can use all the life lock ultimate to the fullest. Until you do you get 4 stars

I love having LifeLock! It's a bit stressful being asked to confirm that a court record they found, using your name, is yours. It's a bit stressful getting the first Sex Offender notification, until you realize that the notification is really a list of Sex Offenders living in your zip code (not necessarily your neighborhood). But honestly, there is comfort in LifeLockmonitoring this stuff and having me confirm I am who I say I am. I want to protect my entire family and friends and would highly recommend this service.

I am struggling to find/use Norton . Con.consistently he things to work. Help!!! I think I have mess. Please HeplMe! I know just enough to keep me twisting in the wind. I feel such confusuion. I have a notice of something happening with my credit. I need to see it to know if it is something that is mine or an intrusion.

I have had no problems with Lifelock, just with email. My name does not appear on email but the word Lifelock. I called Lifelock to correct the problem and nothing has been done to correct it. I continue to value the service. I just want the email corrected.

I've had my credit card used without my consent a couple of times. Since then I have reviewed my card credentials and now I'm more satisfied with the card itself. Don't you check to see if I've had someone use my card out of state or order something from a business I do not normally order from? It's taken my time and phone calls to correct the ones that did compromise my card. It would behoove you to send an alert to my email about something that didn't look right. Hope this helps others who have similar problems.
