The alert of a fraudulent Telco account worked as promised and the technician who contacted the carrier on my behalf did an excellent job for me. I expect to continue with the service in the future.
Having said that, it would be beneficial to get some assistance on where to go from here. Is there any way to get my ssn removed from the internet, or is there a way to get this changed since its been compromised? Lifelock only went so far, but the job is not finished, my information is still compromised and there is no clear path to a resolution other than to deal with these alerts as they come up instead of finding a way to eliminate the problem entirely.

It makes it easy when I can reply to the automated email you sent out notifying me of a billing change. I noticed it had incorrect information and it was easy to get clarification. Eventhough the original email was a mistake at least I could get a quick answer about the issue. Kudos to who ever made sure we could respond quickly by just replying to the email. Thank you.

I had a recent bad incident with Lifelock. They called me about an alert and recommended I call in or go online. Since I was not at home I called in. However, I did not get directed to my alert issue, I was directed to some sort of contest where I could win something. Several hours later I went online an checked the alert. I contacted Lifelock about my incident and I have not heard anything back from them in the last 24 hours. Otherwise, I like their service and value and would recommend them; I have no idea what the issue was on the contest.

They have handled my overall business well most of the time its been suitable and quite the journey few phone calls were sometime longer but overall pretty good. 3-5 minutes or 7 at most other than that it was few employees acting out but most of them were nice for the most part.
