LIFELOCK INFORMED ME OF AN APPLICATION FOR CREDIT WITH SEARS THAT I HAD NEVER MADE. iT TOOK A FEW DAYS BEFORE I GOT SOMEONE TO CONTACT THE BANK THAT HANDLES THE CREDIT FOR SEARS, BUT EVENTUALLY WE HAD A LONG PHONE CALL. THERE WAS A LOT OF RESISTANCE TO HELPING US BUT IT WAS RESOLVED. THE CREDIT WAS DENIED AND I PLACED A 7 YEAR FRAUD ALERT THROUGH TRANSUNION.

I have been pleased with the product, but to date, I have only had a couple of instances where personal information was identified on a dark site. I feel more comfortable knowing the LifeLock service is being vigilant on my behalf. I plan to upgrade my existing service, Ultimate, to Ultimate Plus as I consider the product/service to provide a good value/benefit. The world is not becoming safer, so effective protection is needed in an ever-increasing digital world.
