It's a little unclear when you have an alert. It's like there's no closure. I had 3 alerts stating someone was trying to use my information to open a capital one credit card, when I called back to get the status, the agent didn't do a good job explaining the situation. I'm still not sure if the case is resolved.

LIFELOCK INFORMED ME OF AN APPLICATION FOR CREDIT WITH SEARS THAT I HAD NEVER MADE. iT TOOK A FEW DAYS BEFORE I GOT SOMEONE TO CONTACT THE BANK THAT HANDLES THE CREDIT FOR SEARS, BUT EVENTUALLY WE HAD A LONG PHONE CALL. THERE WAS A LOT OF RESISTANCE TO HELPING US BUT IT WAS RESOLVED. THE CREDIT WAS DENIED AND I PLACED A 7 YEAR FRAUD ALERT THROUGH TRANSUNION.
