I was robbed a while back. My personal ID documents were stolen. I have been plagued with someone trying to open loans, credit cards, accounts, etc. using my identity. LifeLock has been standing by my side alerting me and contacting the various institutions involved to get the accounts closed and get them to expunge their items from my credit report. I am very grateful to them for this. Identity theft is extremely stressful, and I don't know how long the attacks will go on for, but I feel better knowing I have LifeLock to help me.

So far I have not had any issues or any reason to complain. Being a Life lock member has been a get asset to me. I always get alerted to everything and anything that may be executing a credit check to my information, even it is myself doing the check or requesting the check.

This service is good, but it is not a great service. For the money we paid, Life lock was slow reporting any credit requests. I was notified at a minimum of 24 hours AFTER I applied for any credit cards. 24 hours in this day ad age is not acceptable, with the instant credit that a person may receive.
