Like insurance, LifeLock offers peace of mind. If it prevents identity theft and the obvious financial disaster that can result, then the LifeLock service is worth the money. You hear horror stories. I don't want to be that victim. LifeLock is therefore a necessary and worthwhile price to pay. So far, I've stayed safe. I've been with LifeLock several years. I don't go to the website, but I pay attention to any LifeLock EMAIL. And once in a while they tell me that they prevented something for me. That's wonderful!

We've only been Lifelock members for a short time. So far, we've been pleased. We're receiving alerts, etc. as outlined. I had some difficulty adding a retirement account to our protected list. I received a timely response to my email that gave me some suggestions on how to overcome the issue. My wife received an acknowledgment email when I included her on the account. She has had some difficulty logging in to provide her data. She will be calling the 800 number to, hopefully, resolve her issue. So far so good for us, we appreciate the added peace of mind we've gotten with our membership.

Since haven had my personal info hacked at Athem LifeLock has made this whole process very easy for me..I have talked with wonderful people all very helpful..one young mom, Jesica from Masion City, Iowa was Awesome...was sent email with all the instructions I needed, I have since talked with the credit companies as well as filled a police report and each one was impressed at how fast LifeLock spoted the change in my normal habits of making a purchase and acted..all have asked what it cost and how long I have been with your company.. Your service is great, only problem I have is when you first set up your profile though your profile wizard, the add bank account button on the wizard does not work. You have to exit the wizard menu setup and though the normal home page, menu system go to add bank account and that button works..

I can speak only to those services I have used so far which are primarily the Credit Reports and scanning for activity on my identity. These appear to be first rate. The fifth star is reserved should I actually have an identity theft issue. I have spoken with customer service once and had my concerns quickly resolved. The representative was top notch. She was cordial and very easy to understand (no heavy accent, no rigid adherence to a script and no geek speak).
