Not a bad sign-up process. Disappointed in two areas: 1) fees for both wife & husband, pretty much redundant info tracking wise hence excessive, & 2) only FIVE listed/monitored credit accounts??? We must have 40-50. Hoping this is not a shortcoming...

The service is great and really can do a lot to watch every financial and public files and records but can be confusing at times and also can give you a mini heart attack thinking your identity is stolen when it is really nothing and its all a misunderstandig or a mistake and its Very expensive. Over all its a good service to have but for the price your paying it should be perfect but its not it has some bugs that need to he worked out.

Like insurance, LifeLock offers peace of mind. If it prevents identity theft and the obvious financial disaster that can result, then the LifeLock service is worth the money. You hear horror stories. I don't want to be that victim. LifeLock is therefore a necessary and worthwhile price to pay. So far, I've stayed safe. I've been with LifeLock several years. I don't go to the website, but I pay attention to any LifeLock EMAIL. And once in a while they tell me that they prevented something for me. That's wonderful!
