As a customer who is a Lifelock ultimate member, I expected quicker alerts. I would definitely give this a 5 star, but unfortunately when I am alerted, its usually 3 days or a week after I have made a transaction. The dates of the transactions do not match. For example I made a transaction on Friday the 10th. It should clearly show Friday 10th not the 17th. Its confusing to say the least. Or if there is suspicious activity of someone using my ss#, etc to try and open credit cards, the alert I am given should be on the same day....not days after the perp is attempting to succeed. I will hope that Lifelock will improve on its alert timing.

A close friend and co-worker signed up for LL, then had a fraudulant tax return filed as a result of the Anthem hack most likely. Contacted LL at least three weeks ago and has had nothing but problems since and STILL has not gotten LL fully engaged; won't even talk to them, get a run-around, demand documents, - has become a joke. I am watching this VERY carefully...

I love your service and know you are protecting my identity. The thing I do find annoying is every time there is a transaction in my checking account (and there are many) I get numerous alerts. I know it is done for a reason, but it would be really, really great if you would come up with a way that when I get a text message that I could respond to it that way OR if you had an APP that I could easily log into on my phone and respond to them that way.

I would give a 5-star rating except that LifeLock limits to only 5 bank accounts to monitor. Many people have more than 5 accounts.
Otherwise, I am very satisfied with the service, although I have not had any identity threats that I am aware of.
When I have contacted LifeLock, they have always been helpful and knowledgeable.
