After my husband learned the breach of Anthem occurred and I received a bill from a hospital that was not mine but in my name and under my SS # we decided to enroll in Lifelock. We have since divorced and I moved to another state. With all the opening of new accounts for utilities etc, Lifelock got a major workout. I was always notified when any inquiries were made. Knowing I will be alerted to any inquiries makes me feel more peaceful about my personal information being protected.

I received notification from Chase that my master card may have been compromised last month. I verified that I was not the person attempting to charge a purchase without the card and they immediately blocked the transaction. There was a second attempt within one or two days which was also blocked by Chase. In neither instance was I notified by Lifelock of these two attempts to stead my credit. I am disappointed to say the least. Also, my FICO scores from both Discover card and my primary banking credit card show a score well over 800 yet my scores on your site show in the high 700's. Why the difference?

alerts are quicker than other services i subscribe to--in fact i received a text within minutes of my own attempt to open new Sears credit account.
overall very happy except for one thing----i I have the ultimate plus package and even at the highest level of service this package ONLY brings the three (3) credit report agency reports up-to-date once a year! Can this feature at the top tier service at least be updated every 3 months?

I am quite disappointed that you are not able to set up your system to properly access my Capital One money market account. I keep deleting the one you can't open, and then add it back successfully, but then get a message that indicates you can't open it. I have no problem opening it with the same information I provide your system. Your system has the problem, not me.
