It does not tell me how to fix certain problems. My report just dropped for no reason and I don't know why. I think they should show an exact reason and why it happened so someone doesn't have it happen again.

I did not realize that my acct did not auto renew. I renewed it and since then I have not been able to access my account. So whatever happened caused that. I don't like that I will have to call just to get back into my account after a year of great service.

After my husband learned the breach of Anthem occurred and I received a bill from a hospital that was not mine but in my name and under my SS # we decided to enroll in Lifelock. We have since divorced and I moved to another state. With all the opening of new accounts for utilities etc, Lifelock got a major workout. I was always notified when any inquiries were made. Knowing I will be alerted to any inquiries makes me feel more peaceful about my personal information being protected.
