I STILL do not know my log-in/user I.D. & password info to log into my account. STILL asking for assistance with this but still no resolution? Your service with protecting my privacy & information is great, but I am a very busy woman & need a fast solution to this problem of not being able to log into my account (I am VERY technologically "impaired"). Love the service. Only thing that it could not do, is monitor my bank accounts. There were no agreements in place with our banks. You all made good (great), though by offering me a credit for the year.
Otherwise, the service has been spot on and very accurate. And, I cannot say enough about the associates I've spoken with. Everyone is helpful, patient, informative, and more. Great job!
