Since I joined, my bank is not supported in your platform, I have made several inquiries to that effect, but to no avail. Last week, I had an unauthorized use on a visa card from my local bank, that life-lock did not report. Luckily, my bank did and the issue was resolved.
Will love to see this issue resolved ASAP, so i can continue with the service

LifeLock has worked to stop theft most of the time. I do have to admit though, that there was one thing that caused me grief that did not get handled very well. I had my credit card account changed to a new address and I did not make the change. LifeLock caught an address change, but had little to tell me on what I needed to do. It eventually was discovered that my card had been hacked. Luckily, I did catch it fairly quickly before too much was racked up.
