All though I have never had any problems the peace of mind that someone is watching my accounts is worth the price alone. They have good feedback and do catch most transactions. The only negative that I do have is being able to get through the auto answering service to talk to an individual. Please LifeLock hire only those agents that are fluent in English and do not have such an accent that you cannot understand them.

Overall we are pleased but there some areas reps can't explain and/or when an alert notice is being sent out. This JV between LifeLock and Norton has been good but you need another of Rep support who know details of how the system is set up to help customers with detailed questions.

One of my accounts continually gets disconnected. Reconnection is usually no problem, but during the period between the account(s) are not being monitored ??

I am not currently completely satisfied with my LifeLock Ultimate Plus subscription since I am unable to access all the online information nor to update current information online nor to download it despite being automatically charged a more expensive renewal fee. My online information is not fully accessible nor is it currently correct despite my online attempt to update the information. I was automatically charged for LifeLock Ultimate Plus yet there is no way apparent way to contact the headquarters to update my information nor to register a complaint. Please explain.
