I love the peace of mind of knowing somebodies keeping an eye out for thieves for me. I have been a victim of identity theft. There have been a couple of instances, one where my coni info was stolen for my phone. Lifelock never caught it. A second incident happened that someone opened a fake utility account, while LifeLock informed of this though the app, I contacted customer service and was told don't worry about it???? The feeling I got was that the reps could see what I was talking about (2 different reps), but had no plan of action to deal with it. But the actual utilities account that was involved contacted me and told me it had actually happened they caught it two weeks later and had corrected it.
